We are looking for an experienced Completions & Stimulation Engineer to work in a dynamic and technically challenging environment to support development studies, working closely with the Drilling & Wells Lead and multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality engineering input across screening, conceptual, Pre-FEED, and FEED stages of development projects. Your expertise will directly impact field development planning and well delivery strategies—balancing innovation with operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead completions and stimulation design for greenfield and brownfield developments.
• Optimize completions to maximize reservoir recovery, including artificial lift and stimulation technologies.
• Ensure designs comply with well servicing and intervention requirements.
• Conduct and support detailed engineering studies across development stages.
• Act as the Drilling & Wells focal point in cross-functional interfaces.
• Support workshops, internal reviews, and external shareholder stage gates.
• Lead the Stimulation Domain studies as a subject matter expert.
• Champion new technologies and innovative solutions to overcome operational challenges.
• Prepare clear and detailed documentation, including engineering reports and presentations.
