Qualifications
Previous experience as a Bell Attendant or in a customer service role in hospitality is an advantage.
A high school diploma is preferred but not mandatory.
Strong communication skills in English; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is a plus.
Physical fitness and stamina to lift and carry luggage and stand for extended periods.
Basic understanding of guest service etiquette and the ability to assist guests with various requests.
Familiarity with hotel services and local attractions is an advantage.
