What you'll be doing

As Head of Beauty Operations, you will lead the brands and help grow the beauty business in Qatar. This role requires a strategic thinker with deep market knowledge, strong leadership skills, and a passion for building brands and teams in a high-growth environment. Your responsibilities include :

• Leading the commercial strategy, marketing, and retail operations for a portfolio of regional and international beauty brands.
• Driving market growth, retail expansion, and brand positioning tailored to Qatar.
• Managing key retailer relationships.
• Owning the full P&L and driving profitability across retail, distribution, and e-commerce channels.
• Collaborating with regional and brand partners on impactful activations and strategies.
• Mentoring and leading a diverse team, promoting collaboration, performance, and development.
