We are seeking a creative and talented Motion Graphics Designer to join our team in Ar-Ruwais, Qatar. As a Motion Graphics Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and engaging motion graphics for various projects. Responsibilities

Design and create motion graphics for video projects, including but not limited to explainer videos, social media ads, and promotional videos

Collaborate with team members to conceptualize and develop creative ideas

Ensure consistency of brand messaging and visual style across all projects

Stay updated on industry trends and techniques to continuously improve design skills

Work on multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines

Communicate effectively with team members and clients to understand project requirements and deliver satisfactory results

Requirements

Fluency in English is preferred

Must be a Malayalee or have knowledge of Malayalam language / culture

Minimum 2 years of experience in motion graphics design

Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Photoshop

Strong understanding of design principles such as composition, color theory, typography, etc.

Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment

Excellent time management skills

Must have own visa / residency permit for employment

Part-time availability is also welcome
