Overview Junior Accountant

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and organized Junior Accountant to join our team in Doha, Qatar. As a Junior Accountant, you will be responsible for assisting with the preparation and analysis of financial reports, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations. Responsibilities

Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports

Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records

Process accounts payable and receivable transactions

Reconcile bank statements and other financial documents

Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities

Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations

Communicate effectively with team members to resolve any discrepancies or issues

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field preferred

Previous experience in an accounting or finance role is not required but is a plus

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Excellent communication skills

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities
