Key Responsibilities :

• Manage day-to-day operations of oil and gas facilities.
• Ensure production targets are met safely and efficiently.
• Monitor performance, budgets, and operational costs.
• Maintain high standards of HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) compliance.
• Coordinate with engineering, maintenance, and finance teams.
• Plan and oversee maintenance schedules and plant performance.
• Identify and implement process improvements.
• Lead and motivate operational staff.
• Prepare regular performance and progress reports for management.
• Build strong relationships with partners, contractors, and authorities.
