Lead of Quality Process

Key Responsibilities Develop implement and maintain quality management systems and procedures Lead quality assurance audits and inspections throughout project execution Coordinate with project teams to identify quality risks and develop mitigation plans Review and approve inspection reports test results and nonconformance reports Lead root cause analysis and corrective action processes for quality issues Provide training and guidance to site personnel on quality standards and procedures Liaise with clients auditors and regulatory bodies during inspections and audits Requirements Bachelor s degree in Quality Management Engineering or related discipline Minimum of 10 years of experience in Oil Gas projects with a focus on quality assurance and control Proven experience in Qatar projects and familiarity with ADNOC or similar standards is advantageous Strong leadership communication and problemsolving skills Certifications such as ISO 9001 Lead Auditor or equivalent are preferred
