Job Purpose & Key Accountabilities
Define and assess change impacts on people, processes, and technology to develop effective change management, communication, and training approaches.
Develop and implement comprehensive change management, communication, and training strategies to ensure the successful adoption of digital use cases.
Coordinate the roll-out of various digital initiatives across the organization to ensure effectiveness and minimize conflicts or overlaps.
Key Responsibilities
Change Management & Communication
Conduct use case-specific change impact assessments and document potential risks and mitigation strategies.
Define use case-specific change management, communication, and training strategies based on delivery methodologies (e.g., waterfall, agile, MVP / Scale-up).
Guide Product Owners in the execution of change management and communication activities to ensure smooth roll-out.
Support teams in managing resistance and sustaining changes post-implementation.
Establish feedback frameworks to evaluate the effectiveness of change management and communication efforts.
Maintain and improve the change management and communication toolkit (checklists, templates, best practices).
Provide regular progress updates on change management and communication activities at both the use case and digital portfolio levels.
Collaboration
Align roll-out plans with overall project management timelines by working closely with Agile Fusion Teams.
Stay updated on project progress, challenges, and risks to address potential resistance early.
Training
Analyze training needs for each user group and define appropriate training strategies and plans.
Collaborate with technical vendors and internal teams to choose suitable training methods and tools.
Oversee the development and delivery of training materials and sessions.
Gather feedback from trainers and participants to improve training content.
Maintain training records and resources in coordination with the L&T department.
Continuously enhance the training toolkit and provide regular training activity updates.
Post Go-Live Support
Monitor user adoption in collaboration with Product Owners and Agile Teams.
Identify needs for refresher training to boost adoption.
Conduct post-implementation lessons learned sessions to improve future use cases.
Highlight relevant insights to support future phases and related processes.
Handover
Share rollout knowledge and materials with DBS Product SMEs to support transition to ongoing operations.
Coordinate solution handover to relevant business representatives for continued user adoption and value tracking.
Requirements
Qualifications, Experience & Skills
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor of Science degree preferred.
Certification in Change Management (e.g., Prosci, ACMP) or equivalent experience.
Certification in Training and Development or equivalent experience.
Project Management or Business Analysis certification is a plus.
Experience
8–10 years of relevant experience in change management and / or technology implementation with a focus on roll-out and user adoption.
Key Skills
Strong understanding of change management methodologies and tools, particularly in industrial or technical environments.
Strong collaboration and communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to assess impacts and devise effective strategies.
Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with digital transformation in industrial settings; Oil & Gas sector experience is a plus.
Knowledge in project communication and training program management.
Familiarity with training authoring tools (e.g., Adobe Captivate).
Fluent in English (business-level proficiency).
