Assistant Director of Spa & Recreation

Job Description Key Responsibilities :

Oversee daily operations of spa, fitness, and recreation areas to ensure excellence in guest service and facility upkeep.

Assist in developing and implementing wellness programs, treatment menus, and recreational activities.

Support budgeting, financial performance, and revenue management strategies.

Supervise, train, and motivate staff to maintain high service and professional standards.

Monitor health, safety, and hygiene compliance across all facilities.

Manage inventory, scheduling, and operational reporting.

Address guest feedback promptly and ensure satisfaction.

Collaborate with other departments to create integrated wellness and leisure experiences.

Qualifications Qualifications & Requirements :

3–5 years of leadership experience in spa, fitness, or recreation management within a luxury hotel or resort.

Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Proven ability to drive revenue and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Knowledge of spa and fitness operations, products, and safety standards.
