We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Outdoor Sales Executive to join our FMCG team in Doha. You will be responsible for driving product distribution and sales across supermarkets and Class B markets. You will maintain and build key relationships with decision-makers, ensure excellent market coverage and representation, and meet defined sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and grow relationships with supermarket chains and Class B / wholesale markets in the Doha area.
Secure shelf space, negotiate promotions, and ensure product visibility in stores.
Conduct regular market visits, monitor competitor activity, and report field insights.
Work independently using your own car, maintain mobility and availability throughout your territory.
Achieve sales and distribution targets, provide weekly / monthly field reports.
Requirements
Proven experience in FMCG outdoor sales, ideally in the Doha market.
Established contacts with key persons in supermarkets and Class B markets within Doha.
Valid Qatar driving licence and possession of your own car (essential).
Strong communication skills (English; Arabic an advantage).
Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
Willingness to work flexible hours; fieldwork across different locations.
