Waitress

We are looking for an enthusiastic and friendly Waitress to join our team a Bait Al Karam As a Waitress you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service by taking orders serving food and drinks and ensuring a memorable dining experience for our guests Key Responsibilities Greet and welcome customers as they arrive Take customer orders accurately and efficiently Serve food and beverages to customers in a timely and professional manner Ensure that all guests needs are met and address any concerns promptly Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables service areas and dining room Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth operations Process customer payments and handle cash transactions accurately Promote and recommend menu items to customers Uphold food safety and hygiene standards at all times Assist with restocking supplies and maintaining inventory Provide exceptional service that aligns with the brands values Requirements Previous experience as a waitress waiter or in a customer service role is preferred but not required Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work in a fastpaced environment Friendly professional and positive attitude Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends Basic math skills for handling payments Knowledge of food and beverage menus is a plus
