E3D Administrator

Wood has an opportunity for a E3D Administrator to join our team in Qatar. Information management is the identification, optimization, custodianship and connection of information and information-intensive processes to innovate, achieve competitive advantages and generate business and customer value.

The integrated management of information and data across the Project’s / Asset’s management activities, improves bottom-line value by ensuring the team has reliable and correct information and data at right place & right time.

• Degree related to Engineering (Mechanical / Chemical)
• 5-15 years of overall experience including E3D design and administration in Oil & Gas industry.
• Field engineering (Process / Electrical / Mechanical / Instrumentation) exposure upstream / downstream preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively and clearly, making a distinction between a high-level overview & details. Understanding of the needs of non-technical internal clients.
• Self-starter who can drive initiatives and a team player.
• Thorough working knowledge of all modules of Aveva E3D / PDMS.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in advanced Aveva E3D / PDMS administration, configuration, and customization capabilities.
• Experience in development of multi-discipline Cats & Specs and sound knowledge of applicable dimensional and material standards.
• Knowledge of Engineering deliverables for capital projects.
• Experience in supporting deployment of Aveva Unified Engineering, Digital Twin, 4D and Advanced Work Packaging
