ABOUT US MAT Filtration Technologies was established to provide the highest possible efficiency equipment and services on water filtration technology Specifically MAT was established in 2012 in Izmir Turkey and was founded by fish husbandry industry experts Our expertise in animal husbandry for over 35 years is our biggest competitive advantage Furthermore we understand animal behavior and we know in depth the operational needs to run a facility properly Our company develops and tests the equipment performance and ensures its ease of operation on our marine fish quarantine facility in Izmir In addition we have designed our organisation to deliver successfully and ontime demanding projects in any part of the world Finally MAT has developed to become a design manufacturing and contracting leader in the field of Mechanical Electrical Plumbing and specialty filtration technologies Currently we employ over 270 highlyskilled staff of multiple nationalities To examine the relevant project in line with the information describing the customer companys requests To draw the mechanicalarchitectural sections of the projects in a timely manner in accordance with the relevant technical details and company procedures To make project drawings in accordance with the technical details in the relevant programs To ensure coordination in the field based on the needs that may arise in the project area to take actions to solve the problems and to inform the manager about the changes and developments in the project Preparing reports on projects on a monthly basis To include the collection status of the projects the distribution of monthly working hours the predicted budget and the actual budget figures in the reports and to forward the reports to the manager To follow up the planned and actual costs of the projects To prepare progress curves cash flow curves manpower histograms and manpower forecast reports for projects To monitor and measure process performances related to material production and site planning and to analyze the results and carry out the necessary activities for continuous improvement
