(Real Estate sales, property management)Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.Professional certifications in sales or facility management (e.g., IFMA, BIFM, etc.).Currently holds a Valid Qatar Driving License (Mandatory)Minimum of 7-10 years of experience working Sales and Business development in FMIndustry / Relevant IndustryExperience in Qatar FM Industry / Real Estate / Property ManagementGood information on vendors / service providers for FMAble to provide technical solution and allocation and budgetary forecasting and bench marking.Exposure to a multicultural environment
