Job Profile

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Sales Engineer specializing in Unitary / VRF systems to join our ENIM team. This role drives sales of Unitary / VRF HVAC systems, acting as a technical expert and key point of contact for customers, providing comprehensive solutions and support throughout the sales cycle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze customer needs, conduct site assessments, and design tailored HVAC solutions using Unitary / VRF technology.
  • Develop detailed technical proposals, including system specifications, drawings, and cost estimates.
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the assigned territory.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in the construction, contracting, and engineering sectors.
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations, communicating the value of Unitary / VRF systems.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, project management) for seamless project execution.
  • Provide technical support to customers during installation and commissioning.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences in the Unitary / VRF segment.
  • Maintain detailed project documentation, client communication logs, and sales reports.

Skills and Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience selling or designing HVAC systems, focused on Unitary / VRF technology.
  • Strong technical knowledge of HVAC principles, system components, and control strategies.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills (English and Arabic preferred).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
