CFO

We are seeking a highly experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our dynamic team in Qatar. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in our organization by overseeing financial planning, risk management, record-keeping, and financial reporting. The CFO will be responsible for ensuring the company’s financial health and providing strategic recommendations to the executive management team. This position requires a strong leader who can manage the finance department effectively while collaborating with other departments to support the company’s overall objectives. The CFO will also be tasked with developing financial strategies, monitoring cash flow, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards.

Responsibilities

Lead the financial planning and analysis processes, providing insights and guidance to support business decisions.

Oversee the preparation of financial reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Manage the company’s financial risks by developing and implementing risk management strategies.

Collaborate with executive management to develop long-term financial goals and strategies aligned with the company’s mission.

Ensure effective cash flow management and optimize the company’s financial performance.

Supervise the finance team, providing mentorship and professional development opportunities.

Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including banks, investors, and regulatory bodies.

Monitor and analyze financial performance metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Lead budgeting processes, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic objectives.

Implement financial systems and processes that enhance efficiency and accuracy in financial operations.

Preferred Candidate

Proven experience as a CFO or in a senior financial management role within a reputable organization.

Strong understanding of corporate finance and performance management principles.

Should have CPA.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.

Experience in strategic planning and execution, with a track record of driving financial performance.

In-depth knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements in Qatar.

Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Strong ethical standards and integrity in financial reporting and management.

Advanced proficiency in financial software and tools, with a commitment to leveraging technology for financial optimization.
