Job Title : Art Director - Al-Khor, Qatar

We are looking for an experienced Art Director to join our creative team in Al-Khor, Qatar. This is a full-time position with visa sponsorship and accommodation provided.

The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of design principles and aesthetics, excellent communication skills, and the ability to effectively collaborate with other team members. The successful candidate should also have experience leading design projects from concept to completion.

The responsibilities of this role include :

• Developing creative concepts for projects in alignment with client needs
• Ensuring the highest quality of design is achieved throughout all stages of production
• Collaborating with other team members on the development of visual materials
• Supervising junior designers during all stages of project execution
• Maintaining a keen awareness of emerging trends in art direction and digital media
• Communicating clearly and effectively with clients regarding project objectives and deliverables
• Providing inspiring leadership to the team while upholding company standards
