Responsibilities

As an Infant School Teacher, you will :

Develop and implement age-appropriate, engaging curriculum tailored to young learners.

Foster a nurturing and supportive classroom environment that encourages curiosity and growth.

Collaborate with colleagues and parents to support the holistic development of students.

Assess and evaluate student progress, adapting teaching strategies as needed.

Incorporate play-based learning and creative activities to enhance the educational experience.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should possess :

A Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.

A valid teaching license / certification .

Proven experience working with young children in an educational setting.

Strong knowledge of child development principles and best practices in early childhood education.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Fluency in English (knowledge of Arabic is an advantage).

Day-to-day

Your daily responsibilities will include :

Designing and delivering engaging lesson plans that cater to the developmental needs of young learners.

Facilitating small group activities and providing individualized instruction to support diverse learning styles.

Communicating regularly with parents to share updates on students' progress and well-being.

Creating a positive and inclusive classroom culture that promotes respect and collaboration.

Continuously assessing and refining teaching methods to ensure optimal learning outcomes.
