Educational Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree In IT or a related field/Master’s degree of Healthcare informatics or Information Systems.

Experience:

• 7+ years of working as Specialist in a healthcare setting or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• Strong knowledge of system development methodology, project management, system architecture and analytical/problem solving skills.
• Knowledge of academic hospital clinical principles and operational principles.
• Experience supporting solutions in hospital environment.
• Experience working and collaborating with Software support teams.
• General Cerner Millennium module experience
• Experience in implementation and supporting of Cerner’s applications.
• Knowledge of academic hospital clinical principles and operational principles.

• Good working knowledge and demonstrated ability utilizing systems, tools and procedures to accomplish job.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
• Fluency in written and spoken English
• Vendor management experience.
• DR & Business Continuity experience

Certification and Licensure

Preferred valid professional healthcare related Registration/Licensure in country of origin
