We are seeking a highly organized and experienced House Manager to oversee the daily operations of a large household in Ar-Ruwais, Qatar. As a House Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the household, including budgeting, scheduling, and supervising staff.
Responsibilities
- Create and maintain household budgets and financial records
- Schedule and oversee maintenance and repairs for the household
- Manage domestic staff including hiring, training, and scheduling
- Plan and execute events and special occasions
- Handle all household purchasing, including groceries and supplies
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the home at all times
- Coordinate with external vendors for services such as landscaping or security
- Maintain open communication with the employer to keep them informed of any issues or concerns
