We are looking for a skilled and motivated professional to join our Accounting & Reporting Consulting (ARC) practice in Qatar as an

Assistant Manager . The role involves supporting and managing client engagements focused on accounting advisory, financial reporting, and process improvement. The ideal candidate will have strong technical accounting knowledge and a consulting mindset to deliver high-quality advisory solutions to clients in the region.

Key Responsibilities

Support and manage accounting and reporting advisory projects for clients across sectors.

Provide technical accounting advice under IFRS and assist clients with implementation and impact assessments of new standards.

Assist in the preparation and review of financial statements in compliance with IFRS and local regulatory requirements.

Support clients with process improvements in financial reporting, close processes, and system enhancements.

Work closely with Managers and Directors in delivering engagements within agreed timelines and quality parameters.

Contribute to proposal development, client presentations, and other business development initiatives.

Guide and coach junior team members to enhance their technical skills and performance.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to internal knowledge-building initiatives.

Requirements

Professional Qualification : CA, CPA, ACCA, or equivalent (completed or pursuing final level).

Experience : 5–8 years of experience in accounting advisory, financial reporting, or audit, preferably with Big 4 or consulting experience.

Strong understanding of IFRS and related accounting standards.

Exposure to IPSAS or public sector accounting will be an advantage.

Proven ability to manage multiple engagements and deliver within tight timelines.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Team player with a proactive attitude and client-service orientation.

Willingness to be based in Qatar and travel within the Middle East, if required.
