• Sales Focus : Promote and sell spa packages effectively to clients. Develop an understanding of customer needs to offer personalized service.
• Appointment Management : Book appointments for clients over the phone and through digital platforms. Manage the appointment calendar to ensure smooth operations.
• Client Communication : Utilize social media channels to engage clients and promote services. Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
