Description

We are seeking a skilled Generator Electrical & Control Maintenance Technician to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical maintenance, specifically with generators, and will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our electrical systems.

Responsibilities

Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on generator electrical systems and controls.
Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical issues in generator systems.
Maintain and repair electrical components, including switches, circuit breakers, and control panels.
Conduct regular inspections and testing of generators to ensure operational efficiency.
Document maintenance activities and report findings to management.
Coordinate with other maintenance staff and vendors for parts and services as needed.

Skills and Qualifications

Diploma or degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.

5-10 years of experience in electrical maintenance, preferably with generators.

Strong understanding of electrical theory and control systems.

Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical schematics and diagrams.

Experience with PLCs, relay logic, and other control technologies.

Ability to use diagnostic tools and equipment for troubleshooting electrical systems.

Knowledge of safety practices and procedures related to electrical maintenance.
