Field & Compliance Tourism Affairs Officer Responsibilities
Support on-site inspections, events, and activations
Collect field data, photos, and checklists for reporting
Assist vendors and contractors at designated locations
Enforce HSE, access protocols, and operational standards
Coordinate materials, tools, and returns from field sites
Report issues, incidents, and near-misses promptly
Obtain sign-offs from site leads and maintain daily logs
Support licensing and compliance processes for tourism operators
Analyze tourism sector data, trends, and service feedback
Coordinate with stakeholders, operators, and government entities
Prepare internal briefs, public policies, and circulars
Assist in inspection follow-ups and compliance tracking
Draft public-facing guidance and service instructions
Monitor SLAs and service quality benchmarks
Report insights and recommendations to management
Qualifications
4 years of experience in tourism, field operations, or compliance
Strong coordination and stakeholder engagement skills
Familiarity with HSE protocols and public service standards
Excellent documentation and reporting abilities
Fluent in Arabic and English; French is a plus
Comfortable working in both field and office environments
