ABOUT THIS JOB

Key leadership position reporting to Country Director Qatar and responsible for long-term growth and diversification of the business.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES / ACCOUNTABILITIES

Develop new business within Qatar through Customer Intimacy, Targeted Market Analysis and Effective Sales Execution.

Cross Product Line sales activities for NOC and IOC customers

Leadership of all sales & marketing activities in Qatar, including but not limited to :

Sales Strategy Development & Execution

Sales Coaching & Mentoring

Market Analysis (Customers & Competitors)

Tender Management

Price Optimization

Contract Management Coaching & Oversight

Contract Harvesting and Upselling Oversight

Marketing Planning

Trade Shows & Events

Technology Workshops

eCRM Management & Oversight

eTAM Management

Strategic Marketing Plan (SMP),

Management of all Sales and Marketing requirements to BHOS Standards & Systems

HSE leadership

Other activities as assigned

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS

Minimum Bachelor Degree with Honors

Minimum 5 years customer facing sales experience

Excellent written and spoken English (technical and non-technical)

Experience with IOC customers

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor Degree with Honors in a science / energy related discipline

10 years customer facing sales experience

Strong experience with NOC & IOC customers, preferably those listed below

Customers include : Qatar Petroleum, ExxonMobil, Maersk, Shell, Dolphin, Oxy, Total, Wintershall, Gaz de France, CNOOC, RasGas, QatarGas
