Responsibilities

• Perform complex cardiac surgeries, including coronary artery bypass grafting, valve repair / replacement, and other cardiothoracic procedures.
• Evaluate patients with heart conditions and develop surgical treatment plans.
• Collaborate with cardiologists, anesthetists, and nursing staff to ensure optimal patient management before, during, and after surgery.
• Monitor the postoperative recovery of patients and address any complications that may arise.
• Maintain detailed medical records and documentation related to each surgical procedure.
• Engage in continuing education and stay updated on advancements in cardiac surgical techniques.
