Assist in managing front office operations, ensuring service standards, training staff, and providing excellent guest service with strong communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations, greet visitors, handle calls, provide administrative support, and maintain a professional environment with strong communication skills.
- Supervise front office tasks, train team members, and ensure high service standards and guest satisfaction.
- Deliver exceptional guest services, manage check-in / check-out, handle reservations, and utilize front office systems while ensuring guest satisfaction and promoting hotel facilities.
- Coordinate visitor management, respond to inquiries, and maintain guest profiles and records; ensure safety and quality standards.
- Support in maintaining hospitality software proficiency and general IT / computer literacy as required.
Qualifications
2 - 8 years of experience in front office / hospitality roles (range may vary by position).Location often in Qatar or Doha; travel or relocation as required by the role.Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in hotel management software; familiarity with MS Office.Ability to handle guest inquiries, manage reservations, and resolve issues promptly and professionally.Additional Information
Front Office roles may include responsibilities for guest relations, security and facility coordination, and cooperation with other departments to maximize guest satisfaction.
