Purpose of the Project : As part of the deliverable to our client bank, the position holder will be a Project Manager and a key member of the Issuer team as the commercial solutions contact. The incumbent will act as an interface between Issuer stakeholders (e.g. Processor, IT team, CMS, others) and lending support across key initiatives, administrative, enablement and go‑to‑market activities in a variety of business payment verticals related to platforms and card programs. This role is accountable for driving synergies across cross‑functional teams on matters like implementation, deployment, and execution of assigned program.

Core Responsibilities and Accountabilities
Working with product leaders to provide support in implementing VCS Product and Platform strategy.
Writing business requirements into detailed use cases for new and existing products and platforms.
Coordinating with assigned team in tracking market‑initiated prioritization asks and roadmap items delivery.
Collaborating cross‑functionally with partners from pricing, technology, account management teams, operations, client services to launch new products.
Participating in User Acceptance Testing for platform enhancements.
Building presentations and dashboards for tracking Product and Platform roadmap for internal and external stakeholders.
Building business cases and pricing models, supporting commercialization efforts.
Collaborating with Client Services teams in implementation and operational support.
Partnering with business and technology teams globally to communicate and support sales enablement for new features, gather feedback, and cultivate insights to inform product roadmaps.
Acting as the liaison for partners for all matters relating to contracting follow‑up and processing.
Collaborating with the sales and product teams as a technical expert for B2B Platforms to maximize revenue and build deeper client relationships.
Supporting the issuer on day‑to‑day queries as needed, providing a contact point into regions.
Playing a crucial role in interfacing with various technology teams within the client and business stakeholders to identify requirements, converting them to functional specs.
Knowledge and Experience
Ability to work closely with internal and external stakeholders with proven relationship, troubleshooting / problem‑solving skills, and leaning towards action.
Strategic thought leadership and analytical skills with the ability to develop and sell new strategies to internal and external clients.
Politically and commercially astute with credibility to build senior client and internal stakeholder relationships to achieve defined team goals.
Proactive team player with a can‑do attitude and willingness to pick up and run with work that is unfamiliar or new.
Ability to explain complex business and technical concepts to broad audiences in an approachable way.
Experience and insight into technology, card issuance, four‑party payments, and customer experience.
Mandatory Skills
Experience in operations, implementation and project management in the Banking, Payment & Card solution, and the FinTech industry, ideally with expertise in B2B payments.
Previous track record in planning, managing and following through on complex projects.
Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills with the ability to explain complex business and technical concepts to broad audiences in an approachable way.
Preferred Skills
Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation) in English; proficiency in Arabic is an advantage.
Regional experience across the GCC region.
