Experience : Minimum 5 years of experience in business analysis or a related field, with a proven track record of leading projects and teams.

SAP experience is mandatory.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.

Knowledge of project management principles and best practices.

Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Familiarity with the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
