Speech Therapist vacancy in Al-Khor, Qatar

We are seeking a skilled speech therapist to join our team in Al-Khor, Qatar. As a speech therapist, you will work with clients who are seeking to improve their communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

Provide individualized therapy sessions for clients with speech and language difficulties related to English communication
Develop treatment plans and goals based on client's needs and abilities
Utilize a variety of techniques and tools to improve clients' speech and language skills
Collaborate with other professionals such as teachers, doctors, and caregivers to ensure comprehensive care for clients
Monitor progress of clients and adjust therapy plans as needed
Educate and train families or caregivers on how to support client\'s progress outside of therapy sessions

Qualifications

Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field from an accredited institution

Fluency in both spoken and written English is essential

Previous experience working as a speech therapist is preferred

Knowledge of current techniques and methodologies used in speech therapy

Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with clients, families, and colleagues from diverse backgrounds
