Overview

Security manager vacancy in Al-Rayyan, Qatar.

Responsibilities

Records to Property Protection Manager
Carries out examination of occurrences & cases described the department
Performs CCTV tracking (online and random evaluation of recordings)
Conducts new staff orientation of newly-hired cashier / drug store aides, and also pharmacologist when asked for by Kulud Administration
Submit records of all examinations & situations to proper authority, as well as records of all cases replied to concerned division manager
Carries out surprise branch visits and also surprise cash money counts
Supervise application of tasks like CCTV setup, general practitioner installments & fire alarm upkeep examinations of contractors
Maintains CCTV systems, visits pharmacy branches to remedy / address concerns on CCTV system, maintains logs of maintenance concerns of CCTV systems
Handle security guards of chosen business centers, including IMC Store and Kulud Shop
Checks CCTV recordings for missing check-in / out of teams upon request
In-charge of department admin requirements, preserves workplace tools and centers
Execute various other responsibilities and obligations upon guidelines of chief executive officer, DCEO and APM

Qualifications

Bachelor level graduate, preferably with IT or electrical training

Qatar driver’s permit, preferably with own vehicle

4-5 years of experience in possession defense / loss prevention in a retail environment

Comprehensive expertise on CCTV procedures, preventive maintenance, system installation

Experienced detective with strong investigative abilities

Great communication skills, ideally in English

Good team player, versatile to fast-changing workplace and circumstances

Experience in incident monitoring, safety and security management is favored
