🔸15 years’ experience within a Subsurface organization

🔸Minimum requirement of a Bachelor’s degree, and preferably Master’s degree (in a Geoscience / RE / PE subject)

𝗣𝗥𝗢𝗙𝗜𝗟𝗘 𝗥𝗘𝗤𝗨𝗜𝗥𝗘𝗗 :

🔸In-depth understanding of NOC processes and entities

🔸Strong people leader with project management skills

🔸Cross-functional subsurface knowledge

🔸Ability to influence and challenge senior level peers and stakeholders

🔸Ability to communicate and engage at senior shareholder and board level
