who will manage social media portfolios for clients and drive impactful campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a passion for social media, a creative mindset, and a proven ability to grow online communities. Key Responsibilities : Develop and implement tailored social media strategies to achieve client goals. Manage content creation, ensuring alignment with client objectives and branding. Oversee community management to foster engagement and interactions. Analyze social media performance and prepare detailed reports (monthly and annual). Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for campaigns. Monitor industry trends, ensuring strategies remain innovative and effective. Collaborate with creative teams to align content with campaign goals. Stay updated on platform updates, tools, and trends relevant to social media. Qualifications & Skills Required : Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a marketing and communication agency. Demonstrated success in growing social media communities and driving engagement. Proficiency in using social media management tools (e.g., Emplifi, Hootsuite, Airtable, etc.). Excellent time-management and multitasking abilities. Strong creativity with the ability to develop and execute innovative strategies. Team-oriented with the capability to work independently when required. Fluency in Arabic & English is essential. Strong communication skills for taking briefs from clients and coordinating with internal creative teams. Strategy-oriented approach, including campaign and content strategy.
