Civil Engineer - Grade B (Projects & Facility)

Civil Engineer - Grade B (Projects & Facility) Senior Civil Engineer is responsible for supervising, planning, and executing all civil works within projects and facility management. The role involves managing teams, coordinating with consultants, contractors, and vendors, ensuring quality control, and making sure all works are executed safely, within budget, on time, and in full compliance with Qatar Construction Standards (QCS), Qatar Civil Defence (QCD), and company policies.

Offer - QAR 10,000 to QAR 15000 + Car (Full Package)

Excellent leadership, communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.

Must be able to communicate in English, Hindi / Urdu (Arabic is advantage)

Responsibilities :

Oversee & Manage all Civil Engineering works of ongoing projects

Oversee all properties and provide engineering solutions for facility operations.

Review designs and project drawings to ensure compliance with project specifications.

Supervise site engineers, Supervisors, Technicians, Foremen and Subcontractors.

Prepare work schedules and progress reports to ensure timely completion.

Inspect work quality and materials to meet required standards.

Coordinate with architects, MEP teams, consultants, and other engineering disciplines.

Manage budgets, BOQs and variation claims.

Ensure implementation of safety standards and site discipline.

Support tendering, cost estimation, and project planning activities.

Strong knowledge of structural design, finishing, waterproofing, concrete works and all areas of civil engineer works.

Attend meetings with consultants, QCD offices and all relevant authorities.

Attend management meetings for Ongoing Projects & all Facility progress updates.

Prepare weekly and monthly reports for Management.

Qualifications :

Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (Master’s preferred).

Minimum 12–15 years of experience in construction, building and facility management.

Proficient in AutoCAD, Ms Office and related engineering software.

Familiar with Qatar Construction Standards (QCS), Qatar Civil Defence (QCD) regulations & all safety standards.

UPDA Grade B (Mandatory).

Valid Qatar Driving License (Mandatory).
