Job descriptionJuris Doctor ( degree or Qualifying LLB or equivalent. Admission to the bar in Qatar. Minimum of 15 years of overall legal experience, with at least 5 years of practicing law in Qatar. In-depth knowledge of Qatari law, particularly in the areas of litigation and real estate. Proven experience in legal drafting, with fluency in Arabic for drafting and communication purposes. Native-level proficiency in spoken and written Arabic is a must. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines. Demonstrated professionalism, integrity, and commitment to ethical legal practice.

Responsibilities :
- Handle complex litigation matters and provide expert legal advice to clients in accordance with Qatari law.
- Conduct legal research, prepare legal opinions, and draft legal documents, contracts, and agreements.
- Represent clients in court proceedings, arbitrations, and negotiations, ensuring their interests are well-represented.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external parties to develop and execute effective litigation strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing regular updates and ensuring their satisfaction.
- Stay abreast of legal developments, changes in legislation, and industry trends to provide accurate and up-to-date advice.
