Overview

Executive Chef vacancy in Ar-Ruwais, Qatar. We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to lead our culinary team at a luxury hotel in Ar-Ruwais, Qatar. The candidate will oversee all kitchen operations, including menu planning, food preparation, inventory and budgets, and will be responsible for hiring and training kitchen staff and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food safety.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage kitchen operations for a luxury hotel.
• Plan and develop menus and supervise food preparation to ensure high-quality standards.
• oversee inventory management and budget adherence.
• Hire, train, and develop kitchen staff; promote a culture of safety and teamwork.
• Maintain cleanliness and food safety compliance across the kitchen.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction and culinary excellence.

Competitive salary package of $1800 per month plus benefits including accommodation, transportation, and medical insurance. Open to all nationalities; however, preference will be given to Indian or African candidates with relevant experience.
