We are currently seeking an experienced professional for one of our clients, a leading organization in the real estate and property management sector known for its commitment to operational excellence, compliance, and quality across large-scale residential, commercial, and hospitality assets.
Position : Head of Technical Audit
Contract : Permanent
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and manage the technical audit team within the region.
- Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to audit professionals.
- Ensure the Quality Management System is established, documented, implemented, and maintained in accordance with ISO 9001 : 2015 standards.
- Act as the primary point of contact with external certification bodies and stakeholders to ensure the continued certification of the Quality Management System to ISO 9001 : 2015 standards.
- Plan and execute technical audits in accordance with audit standards, plan, and methodologies.
- Conduct risk assessments and develop audit plans and programs.
- Organize and facilitate ISO internal and external audits, ensuring corrective actions are implemented for any nonconformities.
- Provide expert guidance and advice on technical audit matters.
- Review audit findings and ensure accuracy and relevance.
- Promote awareness of QMS requirements across the organization and ensure employees are trained in relevant operational policies and processes.
- Ensure QMS documentation, including policies, procedures, and records, is controlled and up to date.
- Identify and assess technical risks within the region.
- Develop strategies to mitigate risks and strengthen controls.
- Collaborate with other audit teams to ensure comprehensive risk coverage.
- Provide regular updates to top management on QMS performance, including ISO audit outcomes, nonconformities, and opportunities for improvement.
- Prepare clear and concise technical audit reports with findings and recommendations.
- Present audit findings to senior management and stakeholders.
- Communicate effectively with audit clients and business partners.
- Drive initiatives to enhance the QMS, addressing risks and opportunities and customer feedback.
- Ensure audit activities comply with internal policies, procedures, and audit standards.
- Conduct quality assurance reviews and provide feedback to audit team members.
- Monitor regulatory developments and ensure audit practices remain compliant.
- Proven experience in facilities management of commercial / residential / hotel real estate with effective technical audit skillsets of at least 15 years’ experience in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of quality management and facilities management skillsets, audit principles, practices, and methodologies.
- Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.

- High level of integrity and ethical standards.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
