Job Title : IT Business Analyst and Project Manager (Arabic Speaker)

Position Overview : We are seeking a bilingual IT Business Analyst who can effectively bridge communication between technical teams and Arabic-speaking business stakeholders. The ideal candidate will analyze business processes, gather and document requirements, and support the successful design and delivery of digital and IT solutions aligned with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

1. Business Analysis & Requirements Gathering

• Engage with Arabic and English-speaking stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Translate business needs into clear functional and non-functional specifications.
• Facilitate workshops, interviews, and requirements validation sessions.
• Develop Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Specifications, and Use Case Diagrams.
