Housekeeping Manager – Al-Rayyan, Qatar (English Speaking Preferred). Our company is looking for an experienced Housekeeping Manager to join our team in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. The successful candidate should be a highly organized individual with excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all aspects of housekeeping operations, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation throughout the property.
• Oversee the daily work schedules of housekeepers and ensure that all duties are completed in a timely manner.
• Train, motivate, and evaluate staff members to ensure peak performance.
• Develop strategies to reduce costs while maintaining high standards of quality.
