Job descriptionBachelors degree in Engineering or Law. Minimum 12 years of experience in contract management (EPC preferred). Strong understanding of FIDIC and other standard contract forms. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
We are hiring a Contracts Engineer to oversee contract preparation, review, negotiation, and administration across multiple projects.
Responsibilities :
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts with clients and subcontractors.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and legal standards.
- Manage variations, claims, and contractual correspondence.
- Provide contractual advice to project and management teams.
