Overview
Promote company brands through scientific dialogue with Healthcare professionals in assigned territory. Manage assigned territory in order to ensure generated revenue is in line with company plan and achieve individual target. Maintain optimal medical knowledge and use approved marketing materials to promote the company and its products. Contribute towards own performance by identifying personal development opportunities with Line Manager. Act as a team-player and contribute with ideas and actions to ensure collective success. Execute the Marketing strategy & positioning in accordance to company guidelines. Run scientific activities in the form of roundtable or group meetings as per the company guidelines. Follow the company guidelines related to the specified number of visits and frequency. Ensure customer visits entry in CRM and managing sales in Odoo. Ensure ethical communication of scientific contents to the physicians. You will also be responsible for sales collection of your territory with support of your Line Manager. Collections to be monitored on monthly basis and work closely with Accounts department for reconciliation. Responsibilities

Proven experience in Product Specialist roles, with expertise in handling medical devices and fillers. Strong Analytical Skills for market research, sales analysis, and devising strategic approaches. Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills for effective client interactions and building long-term relationships. Demonstrated ability in Sales to meet or exceed targets and maintain a results-oriented approach. Bachelor’s degree in related fields such as Bachelors in Pharmacy, Bachelors in Science. Background in the medical aesthetics industry or a related sector is advantageous. Self-motivated, highly organized, and committed to achieving performance goals.
