Job description

Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the pest control team, ensuring adherence to schedules and service agreements.
Conduct regular inspections of client premises to identify pest infestations and recommend appropriate treatment plans.
Ensure the safe and proper handling, storage, and application of pesticides in accordance with local regulations and company policies.
Maintain accurate records of all pest control activities, including inspections, treatments, and material usage.
Train and mentor pest control technicians on best practices, safety procedures, and the proper use of equipment.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of pest control treatments and make adjustments as needed.
Prepare reports and documentation related to pest control activities for management review.

Qualifications

Minimum of Diploma or Higher Secondary Education

Minimum of 5 years experience in managing Pest Control Services in large Facilities.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Relevant certifications in pest control are highly desirable.
