Senior Program Specialist

Job Description Overall responsibility for executing smart cities and ELV projects. Main contact for day‑to‑day activities with all project stakeholders.

Strong smart city and IOT knowledge dealing with smart city platforms and integrations.

Strong knowledge of Security, BMS, FAS and other ELV systems and integrations.

Early engagement with Sales / Estimation team during offering / bidding stages and hand‑over process from Sales / estimation team.

Develop detailed project management plan for scope, time, cost, etc.

Execute and deliver projects following best‑in‑class methodologies and practices.

Deliver project on time, within scope with zero or positive margin improvement.

Manage changes in scope, time or cost through variation orders; communicate with contract teams.

Liaise internal communication with resources and vendors.

Develop procurement plan as part of the project management plan.

Identify risks and develop adequate risk response / mitigation plan.

Track and monitor project performance with defined KPIs.

Monitor monthly financial performance measures including revenue recognition, margins, invoicing and cash collection.

Manage HSE related project activities in coordination with HSE department.

Qualifications

Education : Bachelor’s degree in engineering or relevant field.

Experience : 10+ years of project management experience in smart cities, IOT, software integrations and ELV systems.

Certification : Project Management Professional (PMP) preferred.

Skills : Strong leadership, time management, organizational skills, ability to handle high‑pressure situations and deadlines.

Technical skills : Familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies and best practices; knowledge of MS Office.

Communication skills : Proficient in English & Arabic fluently; ability to use correct terminology and idioms.

Budget management : Ability to allocate budget toward resources, tools and people to keep project on budget.
