The Head of Content will be responsible for overseeing the direction of all content, marketing campaigns, and advertising initiatives. This role focuses on shaping and evolving the content strategy, ensuring brand consistency, and maximizing sales opportunities through impactful advertising. As a Creative Content Head you will be required to lead a team of creatives, working closely with marketing and sales teams, and delivering innovative campaigns that drive engagement, visibility, and revenue growth.
- Lead and inspire a team of content creators, designers, and marketing professionals to deliver visually captivating and audience-relevant content for the Company across digital platforms, including social media, website, and mobile applications.
- Develop and execute creative content and marketing strategies that align with the Company’s vision, mission, and target audience, with a focus on driving engagement, brand awareness, and revenue.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to create compelling advertising campaigns for clients, ensuring alignment with the Company’s brand values while maximizing profit from advertising and marketing sales.
- Oversee the creation of innovative digital advertising campaigns, both paid and organic, with a focus on enhancing audience interaction and achieving commercial success.
- Work with the marketing team to develop cross‑functional strategies that improve the effectiveness of email marketing, social media, SEO, SEM, and paid media campaigns.
- Stay updated on market trends, cultural insights, and audience preferences to ensure content and marketing strategies remain relevant and fresh.
- Analyze campaign performance and generate actionable insights to continuously optimize marketing efforts and maximize return on investment (ROI).
- Maintain the highest quality standards in content production while adhering to Company’s branding guidelines and legal requirements.
