Overview

Description

• Supervise, assign, and monitor daily tasks of HVAC technicians and subcontractors.
• Plan and oversee preventive and corrective maintenance schedules for HVAC systems (chillers, package units, split units, AHUs, FCUs, exhaust fans, ducting systems, etc.).
• Conduct inspections and troubleshoot issues to ensure HVAC systems are operating efficiently.
• Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with company policies, HSE standards, and client requirements.
• Provide technical guidance and training to the HVAC team.
• Prepare reports on maintenance activities, work orders, and manpower utilization.
• Coordinate with engineers, supervisors, and other departments for smooth project execution.
• Maintain proper records of spare parts, tools, and equipment usage.
• Ensure timely response to breakdowns, emergencies, and service requests.
• Monitor quality of work and enforce standards for safety, reliability, and efficiency.
