Minimum 10-15 years of relevant experience in Oil & Gas design engineering, experience in Qatar Proficiency in design software including MicroStation, AutoCAD, SP3D, PDMS, PDS, and E3D. Strong knowledge of discipline-specific layouts and deliverables. Familiarity with Qatar Energy standards, international engineering codes, and industry best practices. Excellent command of English (spoken and written); Arabic is an advantage. Lead and manage a team of Designers and Draftsmen across multiple disciplines. Plan, assign, and oversee daily design tasks to ensure timely project delivery. Review and verify the accuracy and consistency of engineering drawings across disciplines. Maintain cost-effective practices when updating or creating engineering documents. Ensure high-quality, presentable, and accurate drawings that meet project and client standards.
