Test Lead – Qatar Operations

We are currently looking for a Test Lead for our Qatar operations with the following terms & conditions.

Key Skills & Competencies

• Able to support the manual and automation testing
• Base24 and settlement testing knowledge
• Comprehensive Test Cases preparation for both Manual and Automation testing
• Strong understanding of Cards lifecycle (debit / credit / prepaid), Merchant Acquiring, and 3D Secure flows
• Hands‑on expertise with Base24, Prime 4, MPGS, payment gateway APIs, and settlement engines
• Knowledge of SQL, PL / SQL for data validation, analysis, and reconciliation reports
• Experience working in Agile / Scrum frameworks with tools like JIRA and Confluence
• Excellent documentation and stakeholder management skills
• Familiarity with ISO 8583 message formats and card scheme mandates
• Understanding of dispute resolution systems (Visa Resolve Online, Mastercard DDRS)
