Key Responsibilities

• Familiar with the prime drivers related to onshore / offshore Instrumentation & Control design. A thorough knowledge of the codes and standards and a good understanding of onshore / offshore engineering practices applicable to Instrumentation & Control design for oil and gas facilities.
• Able to make difficult decisions and lead and manage others in changing business conditions.
• Competent with the project estimating process and can input design deliverables into estimating module.
• Conversant with brownfield engineering principles and ability to incorporate them into design.
• Extensive experience in 3D modelling and Drafting of Onshore and offshore EPC projects for various sectors like Oil & Gas Refinery and Petrochemical.
• Extensive knowledge of detailed engineering activities using :
• PDMS Draft Module
• Preparation of Instrument and JB Layout
• Control Room Layout
• Cable tray layout
• Cable Tray MTO
• Instrument Bulk MTO
• Hook-up diagram
• Level Sketch
• Block Diagram
• System Architecture Diagram
• F&G Layout
• Telecom Layout
• Typical Installation details for Instrument F&G and Telecom items.

Industry Specific Experience

Design experience within the oil and gas industry preferably some of experience should be related with offshore brownfield upgrade projects and experience managing and leading multi-disciplinary projects and teams.

Experience in Detail Design both onshore / offshore

Diploma Advance Diploma of Engineering Technology in Instrumentation & Control discipline
