Overview

Industrial Engineer - Lusail, Qatar. We are seeking an experienced Industrial Engineer to join our team in Lusail, Qatar. The ideal candidate will have a degree in industrial engineering or a related field and experience working in a manufacturing environment. This is a full-time position with visa sponsorship and no accommodation provided. We strongly prefer applicants who are Indian nationals or who can speak fluent Hindi. Students are also encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

Improve efficiency and productivity through process optimization, cost reduction initiatives, and quality improvement projects.
Analyze processes and systems, develop solutions to optimize performance, and design or modify existing machines and equipment to meet production needs.
Create detailed reports on process optimization results and forecast future trends.
Implement new strategies for process improvement.
Collaborate with colleagues across disciplines and communicate effectively.

Qualifications

Degree in industrial engineering or a related field.

Experience working in a manufacturing environment.

Ability to work independently with limited supervision; strong problem-solving and attention to detail.

Strong communication skills.

Eligibility or willingness to obtain visa sponsorship (as applicable).
