• ## OverviewAtkinsRéalis are currently looking for experienced HSSE Specialist to join our team for projects across varying sectors and various locations within Qatar. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a growing team on high profile projects within in Qatar.## Your role
• Assist in developing and implementing HSSE policies and procedures in line with company and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct routine site inspections and audits to ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Support risk assessments and hazard identification activities for FM operations.
• Monitor and report on HSSE performance metrics and assist in incident investigations.
• Deliver toolbox talks and safety awareness sessions to employees and contractors.
• Maintain accurate HSSE documentation and records for audits and compliance checks.
• Assist in emergency preparedness planning and drills.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure HSSE requirements are integrated into daily operations.## About youQualifications
• BSc or Diploma in a relevant discipline.
• Reasonable related and applicable HSSE certifications (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH, ISO standards).
• Total 7 years of experience with minimum 2 years of experience as an HSSE Specialist in the Facility Management field.Required Skills
• Knowledge of HSSE regulations and best practices in Facility Management.
• Familiarity with ISO standards and auditing processes.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to promote safety culture.
• Ability to identify hazards and recommend corrective actions.
• Basic incident investigation and reporting skills.
